Research Interest:

Research on postharvest biology of fruits and vegetables: aiming at the problems of postharvest senescence of tropical and subtropical fruits, the process of ripening and senescence of banana, litchi and dragon fruit was systematically analyzed by using the traditional fresh-keeping methods combined with molecular biology methods.
