研究领域:

植物系统发育和多倍体演化,研究积累如下:

(1)追溯“指形花序支”花序发育形态学性状演化,推测指形花序主轴平截主要由RAMOSA 家族RA2 基因调控 (Am J Bot; Plant Syst Evol);(2) 验证虎尾草亚科染色体基数 9 在类群演化早期已经稳定 (J Trop Subtrop Bot);(3) 分析Enneapogon型双细胞微毛是虎尾草亚科外稃微形态学同源的近裔共性性状 (S Afr J Bot);(4) 研究禾本科燕麦族Aveneae的系统发育关系,支持Torreyochloinae亚族是单系类群,Agrostidinae、Brizinae、Phalaridinae3个亚族不是单系类群,Aveninae亚族范畴需要重新界定 (Diversity, Phylogeny, and Evolution in the Monocotyledons);(5) 确定能变量是决定中国碳四禾本科植物分布的限制因子(Plant Ecol);(6) 阐明中国禾本科植物的气候生态位保守性受碳四进化支内种间交互作用及生态忍受的影响,气候生态位高速分化的碳四进化支将很快适应全球变暖的气候 (Plant Ecol VEGE2746)。
